Your company's
AI chief of staff.

Andy is an AI operator built for one business: yours. It runs on its own secure machine, plugs into the tools you already use, and remembers every decision, preference and person. Then it does the work. Sends the email. Books the meeting. Builds the report. Finished tasks, not suggestions.

What it is

A chatbot answers. Andy operates.

Most "AI assistants" are a text box bolted onto a model. They can talk about your work, but they can't touch it. Andy is a real agent on a real computer, authenticated into your actual systems, with a memory that gets sharper every week it runs.

A generic AI chatbot

  • Forgets you the moment the tab closes
  • Drafts the email, then makes you send it
  • No access to your real tools or data
  • One product, identical for every user
  • Locked to one vendor's model and pricing
  • Your prompts live on someone else's shared platform

Andy

  • Persistent memory of your people, decisions and rules
  • Sends the email, books the meeting, files the report
  • Authenticated into your inbox, finance, CRM and chat
  • Hand-built around your business and your boundaries
  • Model-agnostic engine. The best brain for each job
  • Its own isolated machine. Your data stays yours
The Andy app chat: Andy pulling live June revenue against target and drafting a board update, each step marked done, holding the send for approval
Caught working

This is Andy mid-task.

Not a concept render. A real operator on a real machine. You ask in plain language, then watch the steps run and flip to done. Numbers, drafts and finished documents land in the chat, and Andy holds anything outbound until you approve it.

The whole difference in one sentence: a chatbot tells you what to do. Andy goes and does it.

A day with Andy

Here's what a Tuesday looks like.

Capabilities are abstract. A working day isn't. This is the kind of day Andy already runs for its first business.

7:00

Your briefing is waiting before you're out of bed. Overnight email triaged, calendar annotated, yesterday's numbers against target, and the two things that need a decision from you.

9:20

"Move my 2pm and let everyone know." Done in a minute. Rescheduled, attendees notified, conflict with the board prep caught and flagged.

11:00

A customer emails a billing question. Andy pulls their payment history, drafts the reply in your voice, and waits for your one-tap approval before sending.

14:00

You ask for a P&L summary for tomorrow's meeting. Andy queries the books, builds a branded PDF, and drops it in the chat eight minutes later.

17:30

The weekly KPI job fires on schedule. Revenue, bookings, marketing funnel, all pulled live and delivered as a card, with what changed and why.

23:00

You're asleep. Andy isn't. Standing jobs run, tomorrow's briefing is queued, and the inbox is already sorted for the morning.

None of this is a concept video. It's how Andy's founders run their own company today.

Capabilities

One operator. The whole back office.

Andy isn't a single trick. Point it at any recurring job in the business and it takes the job. Inbox triage, financial reporting, content, scheduling, and the busywork that quietly eats your week.

Command center

Your single screen for the whole operation. Everything that needs attention, pulled from every channel, summarized and ranked so nothing slips.

Inbox & comms

Triages email, Teams and Slack, drafts replies in your voice, sends on your say-so, and surfaces the three things that actually need you.

Calendar & scheduling

Reads your week, books and moves meetings, notifies attendees, preps you for what's next, and defends your focus time.

Finance & reporting

Pulls live numbers from Stripe, accounting and analytics. Builds clean reports, flags what moved, and tells you why.

Real compute

A genuine shell on its own machine. Andy builds documents and PDFs, spreadsheets and reports, creates images, and crunches data. Finished work, produced for you and dropped in the chat.

Scheduled jobs

Standing tasks on a schedule you set. Morning briefings, weekly KPIs, follow-up nudges. They run while you sleep and land as rich cards when you wake up.

Documents & content

Branded PDFs, decks, spreadsheets, posts and long-form copy, produced in your house style and saved where you can grab them.

Memory that compounds

Searchable, semantic memory of people, decisions, preferences and projects. Correct Andy once and it stays corrected.

Specialist subagents

Andy spins up focused experts on demand. Finance, research, ops, content. Many workstreams in parallel, one operator coordinating all of it.

Who's behind it

Built by operators who needed it first.

Andy wasn't dreamed up in a pitch deck. It was built inside a working healthcare company by founders drowning in the same inbox, calendar and reporting grind you are. It ran their business before it ran anyone else's. Every feature on this page exists because a real operator needed it on a real Tuesday, not because a product manager thought it would demo well.

That's also why the security section below is so long. When your first user handles patient data, you don't get to cut corners.

How it works

Bespoke, not a sign-up form.

There's no generic tier to squeeze into. We build your Andy around how your business actually runs. Then it goes to work and keeps getting better.

01

We map your operation

Your tools, your team, your workflows, your rules. What gets automated, what always needs a human, and what your house style sounds like.

02

We build your operator

A dedicated machine is provisioned, your integrations connected and scoped, and Andy shaped to your business with custom rules and memory. Days, not months. The platform already exists.

03

It goes to work

Andy runs the standing jobs, triages the noise, and handles requests across chat, email and your command center. Anything outbound stays behind your approval until you say otherwise.

04

It compounds

Every decision, preference and correction is remembered. The longer Andy runs your back office, the more it handles and the less you have to ask.

Security & trust

Built like infrastructure, not a feature.

You're handing an operator the keys to your business. That only works if the security is real. Andy is architected for isolation, ownership and auditability from day one, not patched in after launch.

Isolation

One customer, one machine

Every customer runs on a dedicated, isolated cloud VM. No shared runtime, no shared database, no co-mingled prompts or files. Your Andy can't see another customer's data because it physically isn't there. Tenants are separated at the infrastructure layer, not by a checkbox in a database.

Secrets

Encrypted, vaulted credentials

Every integration token and key is stored vault-encrypted and scoped to your tenant. Secrets are never logged, never echoed, never shared across tenants.

Ownership

You own the brain

No single AI vendor can hold your operator hostage. We swap the underlying model without touching your data or your workflows.

Access control

Least privilege by default

Andy only gets the integrations you grant, with the scopes you approve. Outbound actions like sending mail can be gated behind explicit confirmation.

Auditability

Every action is traceable

Actions run through a logged, observable layer. You can see what Andy did, when, and against which system. Built for trace replay and review, not a black box.

Data residency

Your data stays put

Memory, files and history live on your machine, under your control. Deployments can be placed in the region you need, with compliance controls layered in where required.

Resilience

Backed up and recoverable

Memory and configuration are versioned and recoverable. Updates are pull-based and roll back cleanly, so an update never costs you state.

No lock-in

Portable by design

Your configuration, rules and memory are yours, in open formats. The relationship is built on the work it does, not on trapping your data.

Healthcare-grade where it counts. Andy Labs grew out of running a real healthcare company, where careless data handling isn't an option. For businesses that touch regulated data, PHIPA and HIPAA-aligned controls are built into the deployment.
Engagement

A partnership, priced to the work.

No fixed tiers, no feature paywalls, no per-seat games. We scope what you need, build it, and run it. You pay for an operator that works, not for tokens.

Discovery

Where we figure out the fit

  • Live demo against a real workflow
  • Map of your tools and processes
  • A clear plan for what Andy takes over first

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Is this just ChatGPT with a different name?

No. ChatGPT is a model in a text box. Andy is an operator running on its own machine with authenticated access to your tools, persistent memory, and the ability to actually complete work. The model is just one component under the hood, and we can swap it.

What actually happens in a demo?

Thirty minutes, no slides. We run a live Andy against a real workflow, ideally one of yours. You'll watch it triage an inbox, pull live numbers, and produce a finished document. Then we map what it would take over first in your business.

How is my data kept separate from other customers?

Every customer runs on a dedicated, isolated VM with its own memory, files and credentials. There is no shared database or shared runtime. Your Andy cannot access another customer's data because that data isn't on your machine.

What if I don't trust it to send things on its own?

You set the boundaries. Outbound actions like sending email can be gated behind your explicit confirmation, so Andy drafts and proposes but you approve. Over time you loosen the leash on the things you trust.

Do I need technical people on my side?

No. We handle the build, the integrations, the machine and the maintenance. Your job is to tell us how your business runs and approve what goes out. If you can use email, you can run Andy.

Which tools can it connect to?

Email and calendar (Google and Microsoft), Teams and Slack, Stripe and accounting, analytics and search consoles, CRMs, task managers and more. If it has an API, it can usually be wired in.

Am I locked into one AI vendor?

No. The engine is model-agnostic. We route each task to the right model and can change models without touching your data or workflows. You own the configuration and memory.

What won't Andy do?

Andy won't take irreversible actions without your sign-off, won't touch systems you haven't granted, and won't pretend to know things it doesn't. It's an operator with boundaries you set, not an autopilot you have to hope about.

How long until it's running?

Days, not months. The platform already exists. Standing up your Andy is about connecting your tools and encoding your rules, not building an assistant from scratch. A focused first deployment, one or two workflows done well, is the fastest path. We expand from there.

See your own Andy, live.

The fastest way to get it is to watch it work. Thirty minutes, no slides. We run a demo against a real workflow from your business and show you exactly what Andy would take off your plate first.
